Parkville Gardens is a 20ha Melbourne residential project Co-Perform worked with developers Frasers Property Group and Citta Village Park Pty Ltd for the most recent 6 stages.
The key challenge was achieving an anverage 7-star NatHERS rating whilst maintaining very close cost-control. Co-Perform worked closely with the Architect and design team from planning to construction, maximising spatial efficiency and supporting an uncomplicated architectural specification with practical and cost effective insulation and glazing.
This enables good integrated thinking by the design team at all stages, achieving 7-star high NatHERS rating.
