This project was part of the Victorian Government’s plan to increase the supply of high-quality public and private housing. At the time of inception, the overall development was the largest public/private housing redevelopment in Victoria’s history. Co-Perform provided an ESD consultancy service that stuck! We first became involved after some earlier stages were complete; we were then appointed to all subsequent stages comprising around 300 dwellings.

- Our work involved assisting the developer, Frasers & Citta, to meet the ESD requirements DHHS Development Brief. This involved, at times, the need for Performance Solutions to achieve the compliance and cost objectives.
