Co-Perform worked closely with the project team to develop and analyse a wide range of upgrade options, which were then evaluated by the building Owner. We used detailed modelling of the existing building and systems to identify upgrades that should be done initially (whilst the building was not tenanted) and upgrades that could be implemented over time during operation.
